New Sales Rewards Program The New Sales Rewards Program pays a percentage of your new business and inforce annualized premium when you produce the premium outlined below:

Persistency Rewards Program Because we value our long-term relationship with you and your efforts to renew business with RLH, the Persistency Rewards Program pays a percentage of your inforce annualized premium if you meet the new sales premium requirements and have inforce premium of $250,000 or greater. New business premium is not included. Premium Persistency Levels are outlined below:

Premium persistency is calculated by dividing ending inforce premium on January 1, 2011 by beginning inforce premium on January 1, 2010.
Terms and Conditions:
Premium must be inforce on January 1, 2011 to be considered for the 2010 Producer Rewards Program. If a policy terminates on or before December 31, 2010, it will be excluded from the rewards payout. This program applies to premium for fully insured group and voluntary coverages for groups with 2 or more employees (excluding EAP or other services). New sales premium and inforce premium is capped at $250,000 per line of coverage per group, association or trust. Payouts are made annually.
Regence Life and Health reserves the right to modify this program at any time without advance notice or to discontinue it for any subsequent calendar year. The execution of this agreement requires that the producer be a partner in good standing.
